- Fulfillment and shipping times:
- Once your order has been placed, it will be processed within two business days Standard shipping typically takes between 5-7 business days, but can vary by carrier, please visit your account page for order status. Please note we are not responsible for carrier delays such as those caused by inclement weather or local events.
- Return Policy:
- We offer a 15-day return window for unworn and unused merchandise. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days from the delivery date for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact us at Customerservice@neurotoesocks.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Lost or Stolen Items:
- We are not responsible for items marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost or stolen. We recommend contacting the carrier to file a claim if you encounter delivery issues. We will do our best to assist with the investigation but cannot guarantee resolution for lost or stolen items.
- For items lost during transit by the carrier and not marked as delivered within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service team, and they can handle the claim for you and issue a replacement.
- Damaged Items:
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. To report a damaged item, email us at Customerservice@neurotoesocks.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description. We will gladly replace your damaged item.
- Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of your refund's approval or rejection within two business days. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method note. Depending on your bank, the refund may take up to 5 business days to reflect on your account.
- Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part or if the item is defective or damaged.
- Cancellation Policy:
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be revoked.
